//Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park (Coleridge Road to Broughton Lane)

Published 6th March 2019 at 10:05am

The Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park (OLP) is the only location in the world that brings together elite athletes, professional sports, research and new skills.

The OLP is seeking business relocations and inward investors to take space in buildings which can be developed on site to bespoke requirements.

There is also an opportunity for a multi-storey car park with a minimum of 1,000 spaces in a prime location on Broughton Lane, with a further opportunity to integrate food and beverage outlets on the ground floor facing the surface car park and at a higher level on the existing Arena Concourse.

There is also a significant opportunity for a 3+ star hotel on this site (with investment could be delivered within months). The OLP are seeking hotel investors, developers and operators who can connect the development to the wider sport/ health and well-being focus of the Olympic Legacy Park (e.g. exercise facility included, healthy eating, linking to the run routes already established in the immediate area).

Investment opportunity with approx. 12 plots available for inward investment and relocation of organisations within the Life Sciences and Medical Technology sectors to support the planned investment of two more research centres. Owned by Scarborough Group, in partnership with Sheffield City Trust, this is an opportunity to invest in the Life Sciences Opportunity Zone delivering collaborative research in three Research Centres.
