The ‘i-port’ inland logistics park with design and build opportunities capable of supporting six million sq ft warehousing and incorporating a 35 acre rail freight terminal. i-port has a direct link to the M18 motorway and is a few minutes from Doncaster Sheffield Airport.

The National College for High Speed Rail, due to open in 2017, will provide a highly-skilled workforce for major infrastructure projects.

The Unity mixed-use scheme, off junction 5 of the M18, providing sites for logistics, a power station, inland marina and unlocking 41ha of employment land and 3,100 homes.

The £58million new link road from the M18, giving superb access to Doncaster Sheffield Airport, is opening up opportunities to invest and revitalise the whole region. Meanwhile plans are underway for a European Tour Golf Destination at Rossington Hall, close to the airport.
